Why not? I buy Dalda Ghee here. Easily available on Pakistani Shops. Well, I’m afraid you wont be able to get “that” taste with butter. Olive Oil… no!! not for Korma. I haven’t tried at least, so I won’t suggest something that I haven’t tried personally
