Biryani, Nihari, Lebanese Kebabs, and a lot of vegetables!! Above all, Shahi/Degi Qorma. I have been told, one can’t differentiate between the Qorma I cook and the one that is cooked by professionals for huge occasions. In fact, sometimes people mistake of it and ask while eating, degh ka pakwaya hay… and then my FIL proudly says, “nahin bhaee, hamari bahu ke hath ka hay, in jesa Qorma koi nahin pakata” , that just makes me feel like

When I was away from my hubby. I used to make sure to send about 8 to 10 Packed Tins of my Qorma to my hubby whenever anyone visiting. Wo kehtay thay, kuch nahin bhejna bas Qormay ke dibbay bhejna I especially used to cook him for Chicken leg pieces That’s what he only eats in a Chicken

Sounds special qorma Do share the recipe, I will be the first one to try it.
