When you get severe dry skin, yes. When your hands are sore and swollen from doing tough work, yes. When you have various degrees of eczema, yes.
These are few of many reasons. Its not about the beauty part, but rather the practicality. Same goes for using things like loofa's or exfoliating. Unfortunately we aren't all princesses who have never had to physically work hard or been blessed with perfect skin that dosent need taking care of.
So yes, many guys do use moisturisers, exfoliate, use loofas. And if that gives your knickers a twist, well I suppose ignorance is still a cause of concern around here.
Oh and, "its a necessity to put chemicals on your skin?". Really? So many things wrong with that statement, but I'll go with, shampoo and soap DO ALSO CONTAIN CHEMICALS. If anything they have more of these "chemicals" you are referring to. Sorry to burst your bubble snow white, its true.
Cheers for the thought but I'm quite happy in my line of work. Fortunately the worst I have to deal with is dry skin. But I know people who's eczema would cause their skin to crack and bleed just from tasks like writing. Oh and eczema is more genetic rather than an acquired condition.
So don't be so quick to show dislike for the way people choose to live their lives. They (may) have reasons for doing so you are not aware of.
Also, in regards to the guys who do it to take care of themself and just feel great, get over it :P
Wusses I say. I shall judge as I wish simply because I am allowed to do so. By all means be the guy who spends as much time as a woman doing your hair.
On the topic of bald spot my friend told me about this Pakistani doctor who does hair implants for severely bald people, he grafts pieces of skin from you butt and groin area :bummer: . Then he went on and told me about a person who got it done from the doc, he said he used to have sleek straight hair now he has strained curly hair :biggthumb:. I laughed a good 5 mins when he told me that.

Fair enough. To be honest, considering your join date and amount of posts, one would assume your're a more "senior member" with a mature nature. But its quite apparent you're on the opposite end of the spectrum here.
Each to his own I suppose.
Oh and just for the record, you seem as masculine as my 11yo brother when he was 6.
