I had healthy option today yoghurt with steamed apples ! normally it’s boiled egg and toast or cereal coming from UK I can’t face Parathas, salan, fried eggs in the morning!!! It’s got to be healthy as I am health & fitness conscious and as DRS say breakfast is most important meal of the day so don’t skip it !
