really....?? i'm using dabur amal... i guess its the same line as dabur vatika. and it stopped?? I don't know what my problem is ... over the last year its fallen out drastically and now is considerably thinner than what it was....:( i'm trying to grow it longer (and hopefully thicker) in time for my wedding... hope this works! any other tips...? how often do u oil ur hair and how long do you leave it in?

use lysol after shampoo … :rolleyes:

Use a mild shampoo and wash only once. You do not need to add a conditioner to oily hair.

well i don;t like the smell of amla...hence I use vatika...but I suppose they are both pretty much the same...some times i put henna for my hair and I've bought powdered amla and rtiha and I add it in my shampoo now n then.

almond oil is good too.
