There are a lot more people involved in rishta process/decision making. With jobs, usually it is 1-3 people who will be deciding whether to hire you or not. Also, if you have the right credentials/contacts, it isn’t so hard to find the right job. But with rishtas, sometimes you have everything and even then it doesn’t work out.

Dude…in rishta there are also very few people…both the sets of parents…and the boy girl…thats it…

and it is as difficult to get a job with right credentials as it is for rishta…believe me on that one… you think you fit every criteria…but the employers don’t hire you for the chawalest reason… or there is someone with better credentials …

WRONG!! ONLY good job brings good rishta…i.e. bad job don’t bring in rishta..good job bring good ristha+lalchi rishta..
