Lobster saladfilling:
Tobasco according to your temper…lol
white pepper
half fine chopped red onion/spring onion
creme fraiche 9 or 18%
Maldon seasalt
a red bell-pepper medium chopped
citrus juice (try red grape)
lobster meat.
Mix well. two slices wholewheat toasts
add cucumber slices or radish and fresh green babyleaves
If you prefer it desi style:
add coriander and fresh green chilis for a change.
