I like it too- i love the crinkle skirt type ghagra in the first one also. Its so in these days every one is doing it from victorias secret to charlotte russe.. I wish i knew stitching so i could by the size smalls and fit them to me- its not easy being and XS

Hi there

lots of weddings going on these days..im at work, bored and decided to read some gupshup....a lot of pple are going back to pakiland for their weddings...im from toronto, and i did the same thing as well. i actually got married in our gaon (village) and had the valima in islamabad...here are some of my tips/experiences....
islambad clothes are expensive...i bought a lot of my stuff from pindi (some from the bazaars, others from boutiques)...fashion ka ghar is a good place to get the lehnga...i got my valima lengha from there...and i got my shadi lengha from this place called Jaan Fashion in pindi (now they dont have great stuff anymore)...anyways, there are a few stores around Fashion ka Ghar that have really really nice clothes for the jehaiz and varee and stuff....prices are pretty good too...my jewellery was also made in pindi (from my mom)..there are a whole bunch of shops on Muree road..nice stuff....
as for lahore..didnt do much kaam clothes shopping there...didnt liek the stuff ..and i didnt want to go to any designer and spend loads of cash there...cuz come on seriously, I only wear my kaam clothes like once or twice, and then thats it....but lahore does have nice readymade..for everyday use..check Fortress..and the prcies are good too..like 700rs for a nice ready made suit!
as for daaga kaam stuff....of course multan has really nice stuff..but i got a lot from sahiwal (my inlaws from there..)...good pirces and really nice designs...
i will post my pics of what i wore to my wedding functions (as soon as i get home from work...)
p.s....i know this isnt a image gallery topic...but I have a lot of kaam clothes sitting in my suitcase if anyone wants to buy from me....i live in mississauga...just pm me..i'll take any asking price..thanks!

thank god i know how to stitch…its so much easier because you can buy just about any outfit and adjust it to your size…i’m also and xs and i know how hard it is finding clothes that fit well…

^ yeah .. the second last is totally what I want for myself, simple but really beautiful (color and style) .. .. n the last one .. hummm I would prefer sleeves with that one .. Color design and style is awesome .. ..

Wohooo! Im waiting for ammi to send me some spring summer stuff soon. Where did your clothes come from?
