I am still reading up on it.
What people in the caribbean do is use castor oil. The thought is scary, but it seems to work for them and they do it at least once a year.

that's why i never had milk . eversince i was 2 years older.
i always depended on orange juice in the winters n milk - shake in the summers :p
the shake was from desi milk n also dried milk :(
