Forget dieting - just try eating healthy foods now and again and dont over-do it with the portions.....dieting doesnt seem to work, as u seem to put on all d weight you lose when you stop dieting, so best thing is to change your overall eating habits....

How cum alot of Dubai ppl eat chicken ssandwich? its quite common, whenever i speak to my friends in Dubai they always cum out wid the same 'chicken sandwich' - when i ws in Dubai i never got round to trying one, so dont kno if there any good - but there must be sumthng to these chicken sandwiches dat ppl love them so much in Dubai - i suppose best thing is dat they are halaal!

lolzzzz its just bcoz of availability of Malbarai cafe every where and free home/office delivery, when u dont know what to eat or u r late for lunch easily order sandwich anytime it will be at ur door with in 5 min. :D

and in Dubai u don't have to worry about HALAAL...
