don’t get anything that is celeb endorsed. you never know she might hate that celeb and as an extension would hate that stuff. (ya know the britney shritney, paris waris etc stuff)
sephora’s awesome. if you have to buy cosmetics get it from there. u said you have no budget 
and don’t get somber stuff either. fun funky stuff. i know all the green and blue nail polishes i bought were at that age 
she got all the electronics, now just buy accessories for that.
shoes are always good.
oh AE said vera wang. get vera wang princess. that one is more girly. the other one is too ladyish. and you can’t go wrong with very irresistable by givenchy either
