Its not that I stop eating all together, cause that would be another extreme. I just dont get cravings and mind is so pre-occupied that it does not send me "you are hungry’ signals.

Plus I like to control my down emotions through a self-forced cheerful attitude and that works for me

BTW, on a side note… Maroush .. I love Krispy Kream original donuts .. they are just awesome

omg they are to die for!! especially when they are nice and warm…fresh out of the oven. Thank God we dont have a krispy kream near our house!
