Allah has forbidden this name. Because Jews called Rayna to Sayyedna Mohammad :saw: in a wrong way. Its Ra’na (beautiful). But Jews made it Rayna (not sure about meanings but I have read this in Quran.)

My only child, a son was named by his grandfather as Arshad (and we the parents accepted that humbly), if Allah grants me another son I will like him to be called Ajmal and if a daughter is granted I will like to call her Naeema (my dearest freind from childhood days).
