Again it's more to do with raising kids with the nous to pass on essential survival skills rather than her money ... I think my wife has some of these skills and others currently lie dormant - There's a business woman in her - but she wants to first conquer two things - 1) Kids academic education and 2) PMS and when they be bygones then I sense her taking on the world, if The Divine One so Wills.

In my experience, I think men prefer both. If a woman can juggle her career and household, they would love to enjoy the perks of both. A career-oriented woman who is successful, smart, self-assured, somewhere in the 4th or 5th tier of Maslow's hierarchy = hot. A woman who is soft, nurturing, emotionally strong, and motivated enough to keep her family at the top of her priority list = delightful. It's a killer combination.
Unfortunately, not all women are the same. And not all women can be at the top of their game 100% of the time. Hence why men often pick one quality over the other based on where their needs are the highest.

Egomaniacs, preoccupied with success/power, exploitative, relationship malignant, extremely pragmatic and predators need not apply.
I am in different as far as housewife or a working wife. If Prophet PBUH wasn't bothered, who am I? Since men are not allowed to touch a wife's income anyways, it doesn't really make a difference to me if she does or not. If she shares it with the house, cool, if not, that's still kosher.
I am a Pakistani living in the States, am not married. With my requirements, I probably never will be. That leaves my queen bed aaaaall to my self. Yes!

PMS is not something one can conquer. It's a beast that erupts every month. If men want my advice, be patient with your SO that month and go hide in a closet from time to time.
