Ok start giving out reasons. I will start with ones which are not too hardcore.
I let you guys decide where you would snap out and disappear.

We spoke for few hrs on the phone when we first started. She was excited, I was excited too. I thought we had an amazing connection. 2 months later she tells me how she became friends with this other guy. Many times they spoke for hrs, and she said every thing about her conversation with him which she had said about our conversations. Some time it feels like she has those generic lines she uses for every man.
She makes me feel special BUT then there will some other guys who she will also be making feel special.
She would share the darkest secret of her life asking for help. You feel like ok I am the "one" she see her future with so she is sharing this with me. Next day she would say some like "tum sab ny yeh kia" AS every other guy did know the secrets and were ask for support.
Be mind full "sub" are other guys.
