I dont think this is going to hurt India to much. Nepalese are too reliant on India to let something like this ruin things in the long run. They dont have any intractable issues like Kashmir to deal with. Nor do they have the ego to prevent any reconciliation after this boils over. I think they just acquiesce and accept India after a while.
Modi will come out with some statement, and then they will do something to get supplies into the country, and things will be back to normal.
