What was your BMI (Height & Weight) when you conceived?

U cannot plan it since when Allah wants it to happen it will. @ spiral and @busybee, I did NOT plan to conceive. I , like you, thought I would lose weight before pregnancy. I was taking precautions. This pregnancy happened DESPITE precautions. So yeah you cannot plan it.

And let me tell you something else, these days, with increasing awareness and incidence of PCOS and infertility issues, you’d be better off trying from the start and then controlling yourself during pregnancy. Look at all the TTC girls even here.

Well yeah, in that case you of course you can’t plan it…but one can keep trying to lose weight until Allah’s will ( while taking precautions or w/o precautions)

  You're right about starting early. I took precautions for first two yrs and after that since last three yrs I havent been able to conceive....although this cycle is gonna be the first time I take fertility drugs, I have PCOS. Let's see insha'Allah :)
