The big font of Allah was the Showing that is Allah and other small fonts were the ppl good ppl who do zikr and or namaz that's why they were close and moving aroung the bigger font. So that was an indication that he has to offer namaz or pray.
So after awakening he was suppose to do wazu and offer namaz that way he could go to sleep. EVen he could do zikr to go to sleep.
That might be due to in his head he was worried that he didn't offer namaz which is very important and keep him close to Allah.
