What to serve with qabli pilau? insan ho k dinosaur?? Woman! do you know how heavy it is just on its own?? I would serve it with salad and simple yogurt raita to make it a little light otherwise it's a complete meal just on its own!

boneless chicken/lamb skewers (afghani tikkas) go really well with it. And can serve as a dry meat dish.
Damn, I need a Pamir fix soon.
