I’ve heard phenni is cooked/mixed in milk to eat.

But how does one eat khajla? What is it made of and is there some kind of filling in it? Its looks pretty greasy, if that is so..i wonder how someone can consume/digest so much oil in sehri.

khajla is also cooked in milk ppl eat it in a same way as pheni

you do not cook them in milk. They are pre-cooked you just mix them in hot milk and add sugar

It does not have salt or sugar in it you add sugar or any kind of sweetener you like .
