ANY armed organization that is not a member of the army or police force should be forced to register with the state. Militaits are tolerable, but need to be under a transparent chain of command that ultimately hooks up with the military CoC structure. This should be an especially familiar concept to Islamic organizations. Any armed organization claiming to act on behalf of either religion or state operating within Pakistan should be given a grace period to register, otherwise should be considered to be at war with the state.
Now, in order to make this credible, we need to remove scumbags and lying cowards like Zardari and Kayani, who have all too clealry sold the nation out. But that should be the policy of the state, imho.
There should also be a strict policy on foreign operatives on Pakistani soil. And it should be a simple one: not allowed.

It is not an internal matter. Your govt has lost control of the country. Terrorists are moving in, raising funds, running your intelligence outfit, building mansions and buying protection from your military. India is not strong enough to fix it, US is not strong enough to fix it. Only you people of Pakistan can fix it. But we can opine!
Stop this topi drama. You really are prone to exaggeration. I seriously doubt you have any real insight here. Worry about fixing your own countries issues. Pakistans problems are the natural fall out of Americas supposed war on terror.
The problems in Pakistan have nothing to do with India. If you are involved, its only to the extent of your policy in Kashmir, and your generally antagonistic relationship with Pakistan.
CIA and others were also responsible for supporting these very same groups in the past. And your intelligence people have had similar roles in supporting this or that group im sure.

A good start and in fact the only good start will be to arrest those members and sections of ISI and military that actively and programmatically fund and support these terrorist outfits. Or dismantle ISI if you cannot do it.
Until this is done Pak is simply continuing the double cross

I hear you and it is tempting. But naive as it may sound, I don't distinguish between Indians and Pakistanis. If Pakistan does not achieve peace India cannot be in harmony. How long are we going to be the entertainment fodder and recession coping strategy for other countries of the world? How is what is happening in the sub-continent today different from when the little Rajah's played for favors from East India Company and ended up creating the British Raj?
