I agree with lussi but if she admires others and feel that those pple have better qualities then her husband then i think she is the one who is insecure with the relationship. If the husband has already discussed the issue with her but she still refuse to change her stupid mentality and doesnot care about her husband's feelings then there is no point to carry a relation like this. A divorce is also not a good idea since they already have children and seperation plays a very negative role on the children's life specially if they are young. She should get little more serious by now and think about the children's future then to admire about her fairytale prince charming.
