^ oh yea, movies and music can totally transform my mood from sad to feeling better in a matter of seconds.
kittens.........i saw the cutest kitten, that wagged it's butt every time it wanted to catch something, it was adorable, just their innocence about most things brings joy and happiness

There are phases
First and foremost … Watching my idol on tv screen
During late 80s and 90s I felt immensely happy whenever i saw Nazia Hasan Or Imran Khan on tv. There was only one tv channel in the country and I can not explain in words the joy and sensation felt while seeing either one of them on tv. Nazia hasan was immensely beautiful and her voice was heavenly. Not just singing, but talking… her voice and her face were so much soothing for my mind and soul that I used to reach euphoria for some time :sleep:
Imran Khan was a greek God hands down. It was a thrill watching him running … for a kill. When he came for batting, his trademark helmet and his style was always different from rest of the team. Girls from Pakistan india were crazy about him same was the case with guys. We were crazy about his style, his passion and his dedication for our team. It was an immense joy watching him on tv.
