Rudeness revolves around being in an already stressful situation and someone offers you their mountainous level of stupidity when you’re least expecting it. The annoying person precisely provokes a wrathful response and pleadingly supplicates for a rude vexation on our part. So we simply lash out and do them justice. They should know better.

Do we only behave rudely with the people we interact frequently like colleagues, family members? I don’t think so. People are even rude with the strangers. Like government departments’ employees in Pakistan behave rudely with the public who visit them for official work. In that case it seems to be built in psyche of a society or a segment of society.
