^ what evidence can you present of unseen crimes like emotional abuse & mental torture? But as a result of that if someone murders someone then thats visible & that can be proved with evidence unlike mental torture & other unseen crimes.

Well that’s a separate topic. However, a court will not convict anyone without some kind of evidence of a crime.
