I look at your capability.
These 91 people were killed due to rains and no dam could be helpful in this position. You just got a chance to say your will.
And in KP Kala Bagh could not help regarding floods but it could increase their problem.
This is just another issue but you can not listen truth.

I am waiting for you to tell the truth… and please this time try to tell it in complete sentences and back it with facts…BTW, have you seen the feasibility report of KBD? and do you have any idea when it says building FLOOD-CANALS in KPK?
