Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
Like someone said above, Pakistan weakest point is....
they are predictably inconsistent and they are unpredictibly consistent. if they can sort this out I think they are on their way to be an awsome team :D
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
Pak's weakest point is that they have DESI genes...bahut nazook badan hai.
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
It is Shoaib Akhter's fitness (or whatever). Afterwards there is no replacement for him. That is we are short of fast bowlers. Shoaib is not avialable, Sami fails to deliver his best. Add a few other bowlers and associated reasons and Pak is playing with Asif and Rana (supported by all-rounders).
Openers and fielding are (almost) inherited problems but still Pak has done wonders with bowlers, batsmen and WK.
As for the dominent Aus side, they are not injuiry-prone as well. Their best player and tournament winner, Symonds is not-FIT and he might not recover before this WC (as of yestarday), so with all their strengths, Aus are not likely to win this WC, that is without Symonds. However their openers can make use of this tournament as an oppurunity to improve their rankings and records. Other players can use this opportunity to amuse fans by delivering the best with bat, ball and field. :)

Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
Symonds need better medical care and balanced diet
Ausstralia's performance is directly proportional to Symonds' fitness. Without him Aus has always suffered. So Aus must do everything to ensure his fitness b4 WC if they want to compete. This includes extensive medical care and balanced diet.
Commonwealth Bank Series

19, Jan : Australia won by 4 wickets (with 68 balls remaining)
26, Jan : Australia won by 9 wickets (with 153 balls remaining)
02, Feb : Symonds retired hurt - England won by 92 runs
09, Feb : England won by 92 runs
11, Feb : England won by 34 runs
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
*What is Pakistan's stronger Point? *
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
Its ...
09, Feb : England won by 4 wickets
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
Their stronger point is that its very difficult to break their records like:
43 all out vs West Indies in 19.5 overs in Cape Town in 1992/93
:D
Only Zimbabwe and Canada have broken this record .. bravo ..
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
My thoughts exactly.
We have one bowler>Asif, on verge of breakdown, as he has bowled 150 odd overs in this tour so far.
The batting sucks, other than Younis and Yousuf, no batsman. Inzi is out of form.
The fielding....no comments.
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
We are a B-team
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
Pakistan has no weak point, except batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping. The rest is all good.
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
mentally weak.

thanks for correction. ![]()
As a matter of fact, with Symonds not-fit and some players rested, while Aus lost successive games, including 2 finals to Eng and an ODI series to NZ, they demonstrated excellant skills and performance.
Their opener (Hayden) played well and improved his ranking by 11 positions, i.e. from 34 to 23. He also set up a couple of new records:
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
:D You forgot to mention Inzi's 'inspirational' captaincy and Woolmer's sensational coaching methods.
Re: What is Pakistan's Weaker Point?
And add on a selection committee headed by Bari, and PCB management lead by liar Drrrrrrrrrrr. Nasim; and patron by dictator Musharaf. Do we need to look for any weak point?
I think the only good point is Pakistani team faith in Allah, which is also mostly by birth, otherwise ....
