Not good for the 21st century Civilized World, May be good for hunting and eating as you need in 7th century.

Dear, that’s what I have said before, we are in the 21st century, shouldn’t be killing plants either! Hunting (killing) plants is just as barbaric as hunting animals. I am with you! Either don’t kill ANY living thing or kill them in the ‘nicest’ possible manner.

Dead animal or dead plant, which one is better!
It depends how long the animal/plant has been dead. I would prefer fresh meat to rotten potato.

There is always possibility of contamination on production of meat.
Mad cow, Etc..,

And what do you think about the Irish Famine of 1840’s that resulted from a fungus that caused potato blight killing a million people! The reason was that people heavily relied on potatoes as a source of food. and exactly how many died due to mad cow disease ;)... far less... in hundreds perhaps...

“ I am with you! Either don’t kill ANY living thing or kill them in the ‘nicest’ possible manner.”

I am with you Mr. It is possible if you want to change! Next Century people will eat powders and mixtures.

“It depends how long the animal/plant has been dead. I would prefer fresh meat to rotten potato”

We don’t get fresh out here…May be in your planet you kill and suck the juice out of it.

”And what do you think about the Irish Famine of 1840’s that resulted…”

I am talking about 21st not..

Remember yesterday, Live today, Change tomorrow…gpsy.

Now you will tell us why you always talk as if you are personal secretary to God?
Will you tell us why do you always change the topic whenever we are going to reach on to a conclusion(And then you say that Axiom changes the topic). If you want to talk about personal secreteries of God then,by all means, open up a new thread.

If you are a non-vegetarian and call yourself a believer, you have rejected the civilization. You must have all praise for those African tribes, and in some cases east India tribes who hunt for human flesh totally for religious purposes and eat this flesh in order to satisfy their Gods.

What is a religion?
Most of the times we have seen that these so called religious people only push their own words in God’s mouth all the time. Is it a religion?

Sometime back a Christian spectacle was being performed on a street. The ringleader asked me if I was a Christian. I told him that I was born in so and so family. He said, “No problem, no one is perfect, you can accept Christianity.”
What the hell he meant…. if I do as per his wish, will I become perfect, will I have some another perfect leg, nose, hand or some other organ?

Nothing better than a good old piece of tandoori chicken!

You veggies don't know what your'e missing.

talcum powder? :hehe:
seriously, powders and mixtures remind me of a documentary i saw on T.V that showed how old people were fed, people who had weak digestive systems.. and those who were in coma…
by the way what will the powders and mixtures be made up of? ne clue?
well the question here is not whether next century people will come up with an alternative, the question is, if its o.k to eat meat and vegetables, iif its o.k to eat em in this century then it must be o.k to eat em in the coming centuries as well !

and exactly what do you suck the juice out of ? now cmon.. you are hiding something.. kuchi kuchi .. u got plant sap (equivalent to animal blood) on your hands!

The Irish famine took place in 1840’s, so researchers have had good 100+ years to find a cure for that specific fungus so you don’t hear of more potato blights in the 21st century…hehe… and mad cow disease is a recent event… I am sure, researchers and scientists will not let mad cow disease occur again just like they have prevented potato blight from reoccurring.

anand may be you should read this article about human diet

The purpose of the food is to increase the duration of life, purify one’s existence and give strength, health, and happiness.

Food for thought,
Eat to live, don’t live for eating Mr.

I am going to conclude with this note.
Live and let live.

Rvizk, I do not talk if meat eating is good or bad for health, moreover medical science every ten or fifteen years condemns its earlier findings.

I ask if meat eating is religious or not?
If a religion is propagated being the most merciful and non-violent, how the followers can enjoy meat eating?
