Re: What India can learn from Pakistan,...or What pakistan can learn from India..?
Pakistanis are better in many ways.. . All Indians can teach us is how to make a Dosa and samba.
The democracy part is a joke, because their are a lot better exanples then India.
Re: What India can learn from Pakistan,…or What pakistan can learn from India..?
learn democracy from india?
excuse me but i’d rather get a lesson from Canada on this issue, and many others.
your UPA govt would not function as it would like to without the support from communist parties. plz correct me if im wrong on this.
i dont believe in saying im better than anybody else. it is wrong to say pakistan is somehow better than india, or the other way around. its just wrong my friend.
pakistan has a lot of problems, but Insha ALLAH we’ll solve them all.
one thing india can learn from pakistan is how to play the usa. not get too excited and start calling yourself the next superpower because you’re getting american nuclear technology. pakistan learned it the hard way, if america is nice to you today, you’ll be asked to drop your pants tomorrow.
the mighty usa faced china in the korean war and the memories still haunt the americans, they suffered the most humiliating retreat in their history, same happened in vietnam. today’s china is much, much stronger and more advanced. india is not getting what the usa is trying to do here. i think all indians need to read the PNAC (project for new american century) document to get a clue.
dont turn around and blame this too on pakistan.
btw im new to this forum. nice website. good to see that “india/pakistan bashing” is SURPRISINGLY at a very low level.
Re: What India can learn from Pakistan,...or What pakistan can learn from India..?
Norther India and Pakistan both look alike in terms of everything
Peoples mindset are both same , some hindus hate muslims, and some muslims hate hindus,
unless both mindset changes, both can't learnt anything from each other
though in reality nothing bad happend to them with a hindu or muslim, they still hate each other, unless we clean our mindset the hatred will remain like that and tensions too
Re: What India can learn from Pakistan,...or What pakistan can learn from India..?
Its a topic with good intention - unfortunately there is so much of mistrust and rivilary, that we have made both ourselves the laughing stock in the world.
India has infact learned from Pakistan - and that is to extend our hand of friendship with US and China at the same time. (perhaps Pakistan can learn from India and extend a hand of friendship to Isreal).
Pakistan's biggest factor since inception, has been the fear of being swollowed up by India, physically & culturally. This has shaped its actions & policies. Military build-ups, nuclear weapons, doctoring its history books, Jihadi policy etc etc.
Kashmir has to be frozen - and then other issues tackled to reduce the mis trust. Trade & open visits to both sides.
Re: What India can learn from Pakistan,...or What pakistan can learn from India..?
unfortunately, people tend to be very emotional and end up saying and doing things at a very high level that just doesn't make sense.
for example, after india tested its nukes, pm atal bihari vajpai openly claimed that now india would fix the problem made 50 years ago and correct the map. his remarks were obviously directed towards pakistan, it might be a small deal for indians but all pakistanis still remember that. as always they underestimated pakistan and after pakistan tested its nukes, well, we all know what happened in the indian parliament.
then later on you have people like jaswant singh (or was it umaa bharati?) saying "india can survive a nuclear war but pakistan cant". which pushed pakistan into the thinking that we must have a stockpile of nukes so india can't survive a nuke war either.
what im trying to say here is that there is so much suspicion. and there are a lot of bigger players involved that has pushed the stakes even higher.
Re: What India can learn from Pakistan,...or What pakistan can learn from India..?
All these tensions are because of the dirty polticians on both sides
otherwise how come a Muslim have a problem with a hindu whom he never come across in pakistan
