It's very simple. Is the person in question making any effort to make sure his wife is enjoying the sex as much as he is? A woman who is being fully satisfied by her husband will be very unlikely to turn down sex unless she's really too tired etc. If this guy takes some more time and tries a few different things to make sure his wife is enjoying herself too, maybe try a few times to concentrate purely on her pleasure and not his own, I believe his dilemma will be solved. Seems to me the wife is saying no because the sex is not good for her. The husband might not realise that the wham bam type of sex does nothing for women.
LOL. His 4 wives seem to be very happy with the situation though.

It's pretty obvious what's going on here. The guy sounds like a minute man. He isn't satisfying his woman at all. It's just a bang bang done turn around and sleep thing.
Tell this guy he isn't sexually active if he's doing her for 30 seconds different times of the day. If he was satisfying her the right way, she would be begging for more. Not the exact opposite.

Let me try and explain this to you:
Lets say your wife makes the best biryani you have ever had in your entire life! She finds out you like her biyani so she starts to make it everyday. And I mean, every single day, you have chicken biryani...even on the weekends...breakfast, lunch and dinner...ONLY biryani.
I think there would come a time when you would want to throw up. However, if she made it once a month or so...you would continue to love it.
Your poor wife has been having wayyyyyyyy too much Uzziel lately and is kind of getting tired of it. You need to calm down a bit so intimacy becomes enjoyable for both parties once again and not only for you. She isnt enjoying intimacy so why would she want it?

Okay, to be frank with you...too much of anything is not good...this includes sex.
If you keep bothering someone for it all the time, they eventually stop liking it, caring for it, wanting it, etc. It means nothing to them.
However, if he starts to space it out a bit and change his approach he might get his wife to value their intimate moments.
He can do what he wants at the end of the day though...including pestering her for sex all day, everyday. :)
