The world would be full of senior citizens.

Most common surgery would be hip surgery.

Vast majority would be bald and toothless with artificial body parts or miserable painful life.

Assuming the rate of birth being same:**

People would be falling over each other to get food.

Every other person would be Chinese.

There would be no mazar, graveyard, langar and free lunch.

In general;

No death penalty for apostasy.

No lover would say: I will die for you.

No one will say: I will kill you if you steal my lunch. The person would say: Yeah right! Try me!
