What have you learned frm ur mother

sorry to disoppoint you, but my mother says i was the most sabar wali bachi amongst all children in our khandan… and she had an easy time with me.

:rotfl: I think that’s every mother.

Re: What have you learned frm ur mother

My stepmother raised me and she always told me to finish whatever i start and to be the best at it whether its something big or small, or not do it all... not to trust anyone, to be careful about who I call my friends, patience, fear of God... and most of all to stay true to myself and respect myself..

My mother's favorite advice is "bad associations spoil youthful habits."

Both my stepmother and my mother were/are very smart women and I couldnt thank God enough for all the wisdom they've bestowed upon me :)

Re: What have you learned frm ur mother

My mother taught me about JUSTICE .
‘One day you’ll have kids, and I hope they turn out just like you’

and they are like me :bummer: belive me on that.

Re: What have you learned frm ur mother

I learned alot from her . from very lil to immense things .. she taught me everything in every way possible :)

Learned a positive side of her OCD...keeping things clean!

Patience is another gift which she has bestowed....but the truth is I have learned a lot from my father...hes my IDOL!

All her crankiness has gone to my younger sis...FORTUNATELY! :D

my mom didn’t teach me this but I just learned through her that it’s not good to always scarifice yourself for others or tolerate injustice in the name of compromise or patience, you have to stand up for yourself when necessary or people will start to take advantage and will turn you into a "qurbani ka bakra’ for the rest of your life :snooty:

^i learned this same exact lesson thru my soft-hearted ami's experiences..its so true

Re: What have you learned frm ur mother

me mummy taught me to respect women at all times... even when they are yelling and screaming at you... its hard but you do it a few times and it becomes your habbit... :D

Re: What have you learned frm ur mother

My mum has taught me "Itna kadva (sour) na hona ke koi thook de, aur itna meetha (sweet) na hone ke koi kah jaye" It is about finding the balance ..

Re: What have you learned frm ur mother

Other than good Urdu, i don't think i have learned anything from my Mom.
