Well we all know his minuses incl. grand scale thieving of state treasury
pluses that I can remember
- yellow cab
- motorway from Islamabad to Lahore
- improved Lahore (but only certain parts and roads leading upto his residence)
- proceeded with nuke test despite being warned by Clinton of the consequences...
- industrialisation (though that mainly benefited his extended family and close friends)
