for me its being stuck in crushing grinding routine
i am on auto pilot..wake up every morning..same time same place..without even an alarm...

yeah funny that..all I have to do is visualise the clock dial on the time i need to wake up and i am up five minutes earlier..i used to set an alarm but would always be well awake to turn it off…now i dont even bother to set one…
