I’ve always been a pretty ruthless person, i don’t like to sugarcoat and gloss over things…and my straight-forwardness can offend some people… but i’d like to think with age and becoming a mother, i’ve become a little less harsh and softened up a bit… 
And i do have humility… if i’ve offended someone, i do say sorry (if i was a little too harsh)
