kambal = kambal
na = dont
ban = become
yaar = yaar

A kambal is something thats wrapped around you. An uninvited person standing with you is wrapping you with his / her presence when you dont want him to be there. So, its telling that person to not become a kambal.

Its urdu slang people get with the program.
