ok guys, time to reveal the correct/literal meaning of the word:
ruuiyat-e-hilaal = birth of the new moon
from the Faarsii verb:
ruuiidan = to be born, to grow ; paidaa honaa, ugnaa
other examples:
ruuiyat-e-nabaataat = Vegetation/Plant Growth
ruuiyat-e-Haiwaanaat = Human Growth
