I really haven't seen the puff ball style in stores in States. Maybe it is in fashion in UK.

You're in states...nice to know that.....and yes it is so in here in the UK in coats, tops and skirts.....but i'm too big to wear any puff ball thing now.

Trends start from London, Paris and Italy, may be it'll take some time to start in America.

I think the fashion in America has always been slightly different then in Europe.

slightly different and usually a season or two behind.
but not all european styles make it here either or get accepted either.

its HUGELY different.... generally, europeans are the more fashionable ones :p

but in US it varies quite heavily too, major cities are more fashionable than hicktowns etc.

I like those puff ball ones.... they dont have those anywhere where I live yet, but last time my sister was visiting from NY, she had one of those in purple and grey, soooo cute!

they sort of do.... my h&m coat is kinda like that... its a-line, with a thick collar, very very Jackie-O style, and its got the pouf sleeves with a really nice thick chunky cuff at the end.
