i said before i like punjabi people but not the language bcoz i think its rude, jahan TU kehte hai wahan AAP kehna chahiye…when u said u wanted to speak FRENCH, i started to speak it as i know a little bit, but to my surprise, while i was speaking french i realised French uses the word TU aswell! i stopped speaking there and then! how rude… Punjabi language and now French! :bummer: :smack2:

The language seems less artificial and formal. Obviously, it has origin in rural life style unlike Urdu-Hindi which was language of Mughal courts (of Dehli/Agra) or "bala khanai" of Luknawo. Its major strength and beauty is its informality and explicitness.
