on a serious note,
simply send a nice e-mail apologzing to that person. If he/she is nice enough, would forget about whatever happened earlier and become your friend again.
If not, then may be that person doesn’t deserve you.
Look at you. You opened a thread, you have been trying. if still that person doesn’t listen - then may be you should give it sometime.
