I cry, yell and scream on gupshup, go for a drive, go near the water it calms ne down, listen to some nice music, talk to my best friend.. i do this when i am sad
when i am mad :D i prefer everyone to leave me alone i have NO contorl over my anger but this is how i handle it. I don't talk tothe person that i am mad at for good few hours or days. Then come back and have a conversation and put it behind us :~)....

hmm usually I’ll eat ice cream or start baking cake/cookies. My sister always asks me what’s wrong whenever she sees me eating ice cream by myself.

and sometimes when I get yelled at by my parents I cry a lot and then I run upstairs to my room and jump onto my bed and stuff my face in my pillow. 
and then sometimes I come on MSN/GS in hope of someone to make me feel better.

Usually talk/pray to Allah or have a good cry. Sometimes listen to old/sad songs too.
