we call each other by our names and i dont think its rude!!Plus we always use word AAP never ,TUM or Tu.. and we both are comfortable with that.

its NOT rude...its a cultural thing...in old days it was a taboo to call husband by his name. in rural india its still a taboo even now. women don't say their hubby's name even in courts or whereever they have to say their hubby's name...and, i've seen that kinda situation with my own eyes.**
