Not many desis can run 10km, my boy at 15 had his first 10k in a snow storm and he did in 57 mins I believe, our team coach is 35 and he did in 53 mins. Some 60 plus year old chicks beat our coach. Good on you for running. I will check the race record and tell you what the other times were later.

I guess has to do with my Jatt genes. My forefathers were very hard working ( farmers).For most people, lifestyle and training factors drive athletic performance. At the national and international levels of competition, the genetic variant seems to make a difference in athletic success, but its role for non-elite athletes isn’t completely understood.
