:jiia: well done LP!! Walking is great! Bit easier on the joints too.

I’ve never really ran more than a mile or two. I can usually run a mile in just under ten minutes. I prefer walking and other types of exercise. I wish I was better at running. This is a great city to run in with lots of interesting trails etc.

I had to walk slower cuz I was walking with dad and he asked me to walk slow for now. My hurt ankle wouldn’t support my running
