According to him, it seems to be the title of a book.

Kharoos = Kharoos (it’s a special word that can not be translated but with the same word)
so it can hardly mean Conversation of some one face to face and with the one who is kharoos…

Roobah means Fox

I am a bit confused...
the use of word "wa" is arabic whereas Guftugo-e-____ is a Farsi recipe of creating compound words...
Roobah may have the meaning what you are saying but in urdu we use it as "roo ba manzil" or "Roo baroo" et al...
Kharoos... now is 'r' in this word pronounced as 'r' in Rawalpindi or 'r' in pahaaR (Mountain) because the later one is the one that I use a lot to address few people :D
