yupp!
take 2 tbsps of besan, add cumin to it, a little salt and kuti hui laal mirch. add a little water and make a thick paste.
Cut the baingan into semi-circles, soak in the besan mix for abt 10-15 mins
take about 3-4 tbsp of yogurt, add a little water to it and mix well. Add a pinch of salt to it, a little mirch and keep aside.
fry the baingan in oil until they are a little light brown.. then add the oil & baingan to the yogurt :)
serve with tihaari or pulaao!
