Akmoti , following are the recipes :

aloo mixture for Paratha:

Boil a few aloo’s .. peel and mash them finely .. ensure you work quickly on this mixture while its still hot ( spices mix better in it that way )
Grate just a tinge of a onion and add it to the potatoes .. sprinkle loads of fresh dhaniya chopped , 4-5 green chillies finely chopped .. salt to taste, resd chilli powder to taste , freshly ground zeera and dhaniya seeds .. ,mix it all really well ( knead it with your hands ) and keep aside for 10 minutes .. then do the paratha rolls and fill them with this mixture and fry the paratha ..

For Pink tea, its a long process, i will write a post for you separately
