Honestly I don't know of any organizations though, but do you have family back in pakistan? I usually send my good outfits that I can't wear to my in-laws and they give them out thru local masjid in Pindi. My husband did some charity work when he was there so he knew several families in need, but typically if you know someone back home, you can send it to them and then they can give it to the needy
