On the model: The colours flow better, they all look like they're from the same colour pallette.... may be due to lighting/airbrushing.
On the civilian: the top part and bottom part of the dress have different coloured fabric (top is pink, bottom is gold). If it was one colour (like on the model) or similar tones of each other it might have looked better. Colours don't seem to flow as well. Again, may be due to lack of lighting/airbrushing. Also jewellery seems to be pretty mundane..
Anyway, i love this outfit! Who is it designed by?
