I'm assuming you're going to wear a scarf during the time of the year when it's a little cooler and a lot of times a scarf will help keep you warm because it traps the heat that's coming off your neck but at the same time it can be worn just as a nice accessory to add a little color to whatever you're wearing.

It depends...

If my hair is intricate, I'll do my hair after I put on my clothes, otherwise I do my hair first and then the rest.
